Store Policies
| Transfers (Firearms, Ammunition & Accessories) | All transfers that are not picked up within 30 days will incur a $50.00 per month storage fee. Firearm transfers CAN NOT be fired prior to final invoicing. Should customer cancel order after the firearm has been shot, the firearm will be returned at current KBB used gun valuations as determined by RTSP. ALL TRANSFERS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 180 DAYS WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF RTSP. |
| Return Policy | All sales of ammunition, firearms, clothing, memberships, gift cards, and sale items are final and non-refundable. All other unopened and unused items with a receipt may be refunded if returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned within 30 days, but without a receipt, or after 30 days will be issued a store credit. Merchandise may not be returned after 90 days of purchase. |
| Firearms | All firearm orders, special orders and layaways must be paid in full at the time of order. Orders not picked up within 180 days will be cancelled and incur a 15% restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders. All firearms, ammunition and accessories that are not picked up within 90 days will incur a $50.00 per month storage fee. Any order that has been submitted for a background check can NOT be cancelled. New firearms purchased by RTSP are generally covered by the manufacturer warranty. If a firearm is in need of repair, the manufacturer should be contacted directly for instructions on how to return the firearm back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. |
| Gunsmithing | All completed gunsmith work that is not picked up within 30 days will incur a $50.00 per month storage fee. For magazine compliance, a non-refundable bench fee of $5.00/mag is required at the time of drop-off. RTSP is not liable for any damage incurred while attempting to modify a previously modified magazine and inoperable magazine will be returned. Upon successful alteration, a balance of $10 per magazine will be due. RTSP reserves the right to charge more or decline to alter certain magazines. Magazine compliance requires a minimum of 4-6 weeks to complete. All other gunsmithing requires a minimum of 3-4 weeks, and longer if parts are to be backordered. All custom work performed by the Custom Shop is done at the customer’s request and risk. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance. Please note that Cerakote, refinishing, and other custom modifications may void the manufacturer’s warranty. Once completed, all custom work is considered final, and no guarantees are made as to manufacturer warranty coverage, future functionality, or resale value. |

Training Courses: RTSP requires a 72hr notice of cancellation of a lesson/event. In the event you cannot meet your scheduled date/time, please call ext.111 and/or email training@rtsponline.com to cancel or reschedule. In the event RTSP does not receive notice of cancellation 72hrs prior to the scheduled lesson or event, you will charged 50% of the deposit and the remaining balance will be left on your account as store credit. No refunds will be issued. All completed training courses are non-refundable PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a firearm qualification failure, refunds will NOT be issued. |
| Shipping | Shipping, and any other related costs, will be calculated by our Warehouse Team upon receiving of the firearm. The Warehouse Team will then reach out with all related costs and payment information. Once payment and proper documentation is received, your firearm will be shipped. Please note, we will not be able to ship your firearm without proper documentation which includes an updated copy of the receiving FFL(Federal Firearms License).
