COVID-19 Update

RTSP has been, and will continue to follow federal, state, and CDC guidelines to ensure cleanliness of our facilities. RTSP is:

• Providing gloves for customers who are handling for-sale firearms
• Sanitizing rental firearms after every use
• Sanitizing ports after every use
• Sanitizing all sales area surfaces and equipment frequently
• Using hospital grade cleaners on any and all surfaces and equipment including the sales floor, ranges, and restrooms
• Ensuring social distancing, crowd limiting, and facial covering guidelines are being followed
• All of our ranges at both of our locations use a state-of-the-art filtration ventilation system designed to ensure proper airflow and air filtration. These systems are the best performing and most efficient systems available on the market today, meeting NIOSH standards and maintaining a 100% success rate in industrial hygiene.

RTSP’s customers will notice the following changes as we reopen, including:

• Designated entrance and exit doors to minimize crowding
• RTSP will continue to limit the number of customers purchasing firearms at any one time. We will continue to ask customers to sign in and then wait in their cars until we contact them to enter the sales area for assistance.
• We will be taking measures to ensure social distancing is being observed in the range check in area, café area, and the training classrooms.
• For the health and safety of our customers and employees, RTSP will no longer be offering eye and ear protection to rent. Various ear and eye protection will be available for purchase at our ranges. As always, eye and ear protection is required on the range at all times
• In order to adhere to all local and federal guidelines, RTSP will only be opening every other port to ensure that proper social distancing is being maintained on the range
